Refund policy

Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund.

Your right to cancel Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. However, Regulation 37 provides that this right does not apply to digital content once download or access has begun, provided the customer has given prior consent and acknowledged the loss of their cancellation right.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you consent to immediate access to your digital product and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel no longer applies once access has begun.

Technical issues If you experience a technical problem with a file — such as a download not working or a file being corrupted — please contact us and we will resolve it promptly. This is not a refund situation; we simply want to make sure you can access what you have purchased.

Faulty or misdescribed products Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If a product is faulty or materially different from how it was described, please get in touch and we will address it fairly.
